Please ensure you identify the correct plant for foraging, as the sesame can be easily confused with the wild foxglove which is not advisable to eat as they are poisonous. The wild foxglove has a larger leaf rather similar to that of a comfrey leaf, many trumpet flowers on one stem tapering from many closely growing small to large flowers in a variety of colours but only one colour per plant. Please ensure you do not mistaken the Foxglove for the sesame. Note: You should always check for sesame allergies if you are allergy-prone.
