9 Way forward Next steps are to explore the scenarios in greater depth with the Board; choose a desirable pathway to complete Phase II; and document an adaptive strategic plan with prioritized action items for Phase III. Phase IV will involve getting feedback from WESSA’s stakeholders and incorporating these into a final strategic plan for the Board to adopt.
